Frequently asked questions

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?

No. The workbook is opened and turned into a PDF inside your browser, so salary sheets, invoices and other private data never leave your device.

What happens to wide sheets?

With “Fit all columns on the page width” on, the text shrinks (down to 5 pt) so every column fits. Turn it off to keep the text size; columns that don't fit continue on extra pages labelled “columns A–F”, “columns G–M” and so on.

Will it look exactly like my Excel sheet?

The values, number formats, dates and column order are kept, with an optional header row and gridlines. Cell colours, fonts, charts, images and print areas are not copied, so the PDF is a clean data table rather than a screenshot of Excel.

Can I convert old .xls files?

Not directly. Open the .xls file in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, save it as .xlsx, and convert that.

Does it work with Bangla, Arabic or Chinese text?

Yes. Text in those scripts is drawn by your browser so it shows correctly in the PDF. It appears as small images, so it can't be selected or searched like Latin text.
